Course fees and dates subject to change. Lack of a minimum number of students per course may necessitate cancellation of course. For individual students, a minimum of 50% deposit due upon application with balance for all fees for courses due on the first morning of course.
Application Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his/her claim with the Maritime Professional Institute of Panama. The necessary verification will be performed and refund will be initiated as per Maritime Professional Institute of Panama guideline and if the claim is found genuine.
No refunds issued 14 days or less prior to star date. The following cancellation/rescheduling policy shall apply. A cancellation or rescheduling of a course fee; with less than forty-five (45) days advance notice will result in a billing of twenty-five percent (25%) of the per course fee; less than thirty (30) days = fifty percent (50%) billing; less than fifteen (15) days = seventy-five percent (75%) billing; and less than seven (7) days = one hundred percent (100%) billing. Any cancellation or rescheduling of courses must be done in writing (Filling in the refund application form (ATTACHED)) Payment will be made in U.S dollars.
